PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works discussed the warranty bond for Whitefish Credit Union. Planning advised that the Immanuel Lutheran sidewalk bond should be coming in soon. OLD BUSINESS: Parkland Meadows (Lot 5 - Buildings C thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Public Works is waiting on a new site layout. Jackola and Edge to check and advise status. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Public Works sent comments out on 8/1/23. DEQ approval is still pending. Parks and Planning approvals are still pending. This will be on the agenda next week. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Public Works is waiting for detailed plans and advised that civils review is almost done. Building is meeting with them today to discuss plan requirements. Planning and Public Works discussed the gravel area and whether it is included in the disturbed area on the plans. This will be on the agenda next week. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Harvest Flats – Stillwater Rd & Timberwolf Pkwy – new multi-family –Plan Review is complete. Public Works has comments out and stated that DEQ approval is still pending. This will be on the agenda next week. Rocky Mountain Surgical – 1400 Pondera – new commercial building – Public Works is waiting on comments. Planning advised that final plat is scheduled for approval on 8/7/23. This will be on the agenda next week. Zip Trip – 305 E Idaho St – new gas station – Public Works is waiting on comments. Plan Review and Fire are waiting on comments. This will be on the agenda next week. RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works is waiting on an updated submittal and discussed access on the east side with Planning. This will be on the agenda next week. Lorens Auto – 1309 US Hwy 2 W – Addition/parking lot remodel – Public Works’ review is complete. Plan Review has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot – Plan Review has in their queue. Planning and Public Works discussed a service line issue. Planning advised Public Works that there are special storm water conditions on the conditional use permit that must . This will be on the agenda next week. Norwood Flex – 21 Meridian Court – new commercial building –Public Works has the resubmittal. Plan Review is complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Captains Marine – 3215 US Hwy 93 S – boat storage – Plan Review is still waiting for the geotech report and advised that there may be structural changes based on the report findings.
