OLD BUSINESS: Heil — 749 West Center — Storm water comments have been sent out by Public
Works.
ASI (Van Ee Apartments) — 420 Grandview — Public Works got responses yesterday (still a ways
away). ARC has approved the changes — more trees, added lights along bike path, more brick on
building. PILT has been approved by Council.
NEW BUSINESS: None
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: The zoning ordinance update is going to public hearing on Jan 12.
OTHER REPORTS: Ken Bauska is retiring; discussion regarding the landscape ordinance that
Parks is putting together; discussion regarding the PB & J impact fees.
