PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works sent follow up emails to Whitefish Credit Union and Sunrift Beer Company. OLD BUSINESS: Parkland Meadows (Lot 5 - Buildings C thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Public Works received a resubmittal 7/12 and has it in their queue. Commercial Plan Review is waiting for racking plans. Public Works will follow up on the storm water permit. Planning will follow up with Parks and Fire Department regarding landscaping and road design. This will be on the agenda next week. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments –Public Works is waiting on comments from them. This will be on the agenda next week. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Harvest Flats – Stillwater Rd & Timberwolf Pkwy – new multi-family – Public Works will be receiving plans soon. This will be on the agenda next week. Simco – 115 Old School Rd – new commercial building – Public Works is waiting for the signed storm water permit. Plan Review is waiting on one item to be addressed. This will be on the agenda next week. Rocky Mountain Surgical – 1400 Pondera – new commercial building – Public Works has comments out. Final Plat is still pending. Jackola will follow up and advise final plat application status. This will be on the agenda next week. Zip Trip – 305 E Idaho St – new gas station – Public Works is waiting on a response to their comments. This will be on the agenda next week. RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works requested site changes and is waiting on a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week. Lorens Auto – 1309 US Hwy 2 W – Addition/parking lot remodel – Jackola will update their plans to include pre-treatment plans and add the disturbance quantity. Planning to check with Parks regarding landscaping requirements. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Casa Mexico – 1600 US Hwy 93 S – TI expansion/parking lot – Planning advised the CUP has not yet been approved. Public Works discussed the plumbing connection. Commercial Plan Review will be doing a walk-through with them. This will be on the agenda next week. Norwood Flex – 21 Meridian Court – new commercial building – Public Works has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Captains Marine – 3215 US Hwy 93 S – boat storage – Public Works sent a request for more information. This will be on the agenda next week. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Stillwater Bend – PUD amendment for height - Fran from Cushing Terrell presented a request for a height amendment to the PUD. The committee agreed that this is considered a minor amendment and approved the request. OTHER ITEMS: Take 5 Oil Change – Public Works and Planning to meet regarding the 2 ft requirement. Parkway Dental - Public Works and Planning to meet regarding the Public Works survey and sign regulations.
