PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning received a Letter of Credit for Owl Corp. OLD BUSINESS: Parkland Meadows (Lot 5 - Buildings C thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Public Works is waiting on a resubmittal, is doing the DEQ review, and is waiting on the entrance corridor landscaping from them. Public Works is also working on a new road design. Parks has plans in review. This will be on the agenda next week. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Planning to check with Parks regarding recreational amenities status. Public Works is waiting for a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Nothing new. Civils will be submitted early July. This will be on the agenda next week. Harvest Flats – Stillwater Rd & Timberwolf Pkwy – new multi-family - Planning advised that they want to move the sign which will need to go through ARC review again. This will be on the agenda next week. Simco – 115 Old School Rd – new commercial building – Public Works has comments out and stated that they did not receive a full resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week. Rocky Mountain Surgical – 1400 Pondera – new commercial building – Public Works has comments out. Final Plat is still pending. Plan Review is in process. This will be on the agenda next week. Zip Trip – 305 E Idaho St – new gas station – Public Works has comments out. Public Works to follow up on Pre- Treatment comments that were sent out in May. This will be on the agenda next week. RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works has resubmittal that was received on 7/5/23 in their queue. Planning advised that they need to pave more than the apron and will be discussing with Public Works after the meeting. This will be on the agenda next week. Lorens Auto – 1309 US Hwy 2 W – Addition/parking lot remodel – Public Works advised that Pre-Treatment comments out. Jackola discussed the oil sand separator location. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: OTHER BUSINESS: None. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Planning advised that Casa Mexico TI may need to revise their amended plat.
