PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Planning advised that Meadows Edge is working on the new engineers estimates and bonds. OLD BUSINESS: Parkland Meadows (Lot 5 - Buildings C thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Nothing new; Public Works continues to wait for a new site plan. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Parks is waiting on updated landscaping plans. Public Works has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Parks is still waiting on the recreational amenity information and discussed the breakdown process with them. Public Works has comments out since 6/13. DEQ to review the water main connections. Zach Backes asked Public Works why KLJ has billed him for multiple changes to the water lines. Public Works advised that KLJ was given options on water line placement (trenched lines require a cut in tee and bored lines require a saddle connection). Also Public Works did not receive the planned profile sheets as required in the design construction standards and by DEQ. Planning added that conceptual plans were initially provided. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Public Works is meeting with Parks to clarify landscaping requirements. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – This was conditionally approved pending Parks’ signoff (anti-skate rails and a 90º landing will be required for final approval). Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – storage buildings/pavilion – This will be on the agenda next week. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Nothing new. Civils will be submitted early July. This will be on the agenda next week. Harvest Flats – Stillwater Rd & Timberwolf Pkwy – new multi-family- Public Works is still waiting on civils. This will be on the agenda next week. Simco – 115 Old School Rd – new commercial building – Public Works has new submittal in their review queue. Plan Review clarified dashed parking spaces. This will be on the agenda next week. Rocky Mountain Surgical – 1400 Pondera – new commercial building – Public Works has plans in their queue. Planning advised that this site won’t have Final Plat until August. This will be on the agenda next week. Zip Trip – 305 E Idaho St – new gas station – Plans are in Plan Review’s and Public Works’ queues. The committee discussed the possibility of relocating the sidewalk connection to be closer to the front door. This will be on the agenda next week. RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – Public Works received the reports they requested and advised that sidewalk improvements may be required. Planning advised that they may need to pave the gravel driveway and will verify if the connection to the bypass is part of the current traffic plan. This will be on the agenda next week. WFCU – 2000 US Hwy 93 S – parking lot – Public Works is waiting to receive review fees. Planning to verify if the site is on one parcel. This will be on the agenda next week. OTHER BUSINESS: Planning advised that they are waiting for the Trail crossing estimate from Jackola and that the MOU and bond need to be in place this week. Parks advised that the cost estimate needs to include repair and any disturbed landscaping to the estimate. Planning will notify Jackola.
