This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Public Works is reviewing plans, advised they will have a lot of comments going out. This will be on the agenda next week. Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Public Works has approved the backflow height and is ready to sign off. The last item for approval is landscaping. This has passed through site review; permit will not be released until landscaping is approved. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Departments are under review and/or awaiting comments back from engineer/architect. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Public Works is still working on revised landscaping plans based on Parks’ comments. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – Departments are under review. This will be on the agenda next week. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Planning spoke with owner; the project is still moving forward, and he will get some updates from his design team. This will be on the agenda next week. Harvest Flats – Stillwater Rd & Timberwolf Pkwy – new multi-family- new plans received addressing comments, departments under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Simco – 115 Old School Rd – new commercial building – Planning advised the contract says the project is still moving forward. This will be on the agenda next week. Rocky Mountain Surgical – 1400 Pondera – new commercial building – in queue for review. This will be on the agenda next week. Zip Trip – 305 E Idaho St – new gas station – in queue for review. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: RDO – 3145 US Hwy 93 S – addition – in queue for review.
