OLD BUSINESS: The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 W; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center – Public Works’ review is complete. Approved pending Parks and Fire approval. Parkland Meadows (Lot 5 - Buildings C thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Public Works is waiting on a new site plan from Jackola for Lot 5. Public Works advised that the final plat application for Lot 7 is incomplete. No permits can be issued until the application is complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Plan Review rejected revised site plan since the changes were not highlighted. Planning advised that an easement dedicated to the lot is required and that a permit would be required for a retaining wall. This will be on the agenda next week. Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. LC Staffing – 620 Treeline Rd – new office building – Public Works’ review is complete. Approved pending Parks’ approval. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Public Works has comments out regarding fire hydrant placement. Ryan Blumer from KLJ presented plans with an updated driveway approach and water lines as requested by Public Works. Updated landscaping plans will be sent soon. Plan Review is waiting for a resubmittal. Patrick Conover advised it would be sent by Tuesday, This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Parks to send landscaping comments to Public Works. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – Public Works has still not received a resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Plan Review is still waiting to hear back on their comments. Public Works is still waiting on civils. Planning will verify PUD expiration date. This will be on the agenda next week. Take 5 Oil Change – 52 N Main St – oil change service center – Public Works needs record drawings. Pre-Treatment still has comments out. Plan Review received revised plans for review. This will be on the agenda next week. 406 Spa – 1315 US Hwy 2 W – addition – James from Jackola presented a proposed easement plan to address the storm drain location for approval prior to having the documents created and requested the committee to allow permits issued with a condition on the Certificate of Occupancy that easements be recorded. Planning advised him that the easements need to be recorded prior to commencing any work. Parks approved plans. This will be on the agenda next week. Harvest Flats – Stillwater Rd & Timberwolf Pkwy – new multi-family- Nothing new. Plan Review has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Simco – 115 Old School Rd – new commercial building – Public Works is waiting for a full submittal. Plan Review will begin today. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Rocky Mountain Surgical – 1400 Pondera – new commercial building – Public Works has this in their queue. Planning advised that Final Plat is not complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Zip Trip – 305 E Idaho St – new gas station – Public Works is reviewing and will have comments and added that the sign is located in the right of way. This will be on the agenda next week. OTHER COMMENTS: Jackola is working on the storm water permit for Glacier Bank. Planning stated that Stillwater Bend will need a building permit for the retaining wall.
