The regular meeting of the Kalispell City Planning Board and Zoning Commission will be held on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Kalispell City Council Chambers, Kalispell City Hall, 201 1st Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana. Housing Solutions LLC, PO Box 2099, Missoula, Montana, 59806, Phone (406) 203-1558, a for-profit organization, and Hearthstone Creekside LLC, through its sole member, Hearthstone Group, a nonprofit corporation specializing in the preservation and development of affordable housing, hereby notifies all interested persons of Kalispell, Montana, that we are planning to develop Creekside Commons, an affordable multi-family rental housing complex on the site at 76 Glenwood Dr., Kalispell, Montana 59901. This complex will consist of 25 one-bedroom units and 6 two-bedroom units for elderly persons.
