OLD BUSINESS:
The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 W; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center – Nothing new.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkland Meadows (Lots 5&7 - Bldgs A thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Public Works is
waiting on construction drawings. This will be on the agenda next week.
Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Public Works has comments out. This
will be on the agenda next week.
Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel –Public Works is waiting on information for one
backflow preventor. KLJ will investigate and advise. This will be on the agenda next week.
Office remodel – 417 E Idaho – MDT input is still pending. This will be on the agenda next week.
LC Staffing – 620 Treeline Rd – new office building – Public Works is reviewing the resubmittal. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Public Works has comments out. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Public Works advised that the
bids for this project were over their budget. This will be on the agenda next week.
Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – Commercial Plans Review advised that
there may be issues with fire access and water supply. This will be on the agenda next week.
Tooth Booth – 455 Cascade Loop - new dental office – This was approved by the committee.
All Creatures – 325 Jefferson Blvd – new veterinary clinic – The boundary line adjustment is still pending. This will
be on the agenda next week.
North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Plan Review has comments out. This
will be on the agenda next week.
Glacier Bank Downtown – 146/202 N Main St – bank remodel –Jackola is working on the photometrics plan. Plan
review is pending. This will be on the agenda next week.
Take 5 Oil Change – 52 N Main St – oil change service center – Public Works sent comments out. KLJ is working with
MDT on Hwy 93 restricted access. Public Works will review the current plans for alley access. This will be on the
agenda next week.
406 Spa – 1315 US Hwy 2 W – addition – Jackola advised Public Works that they are working on the design report.
This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS: Norwood Flex – 21 Meridian Ct – Ryan Bloomer presented plans. Planning advised that changes to
the parking plan and approach will to be made. Public Works advised they will review as a grass site and that the water
meter needs to be moved to the boulevard. Plan Review advised that direct egress for each unit will be required.
OTHER COMMENTS: Planning advised there is no April Planning Board Meeting and that the May meeting currently
has 3 agenda items.
