advertisement. The bid specifi-
cations have also been updated.

The City of Kalispell, Montana
will receive sealed bids for
the 2023 Kalispell Tank and
Wells Project. The project
primarily consists of fumishing
materials, labor, and equip-
ment required to complete the
following wells and/or building
construction:
Schedule 1: Sheepherder Tank
Control Valve Building is to be
located on West Spring Creek
Road between Two Mile Drive
and Three Mile Drive in Kalispell,
MT.
Schedule 2: Utility Lot 2; 1 MG
Elevated Storage Tank and
Well includes the construction of
a 1 MG elevated tank, well build-
ing, and the completion of Utility
Lot 2 Well. Utility Lot 2 is located
adjacent to and east of US High-
way 93 approximately 0.60 -miles
north of Rose Crossing in Ka-
lispell, MT. Schedule 2 includes
two (2) additive altemates for the
. water main connection, only one
of which will be awarded.
Schedule 3: Utility Lot 3; Four
Mile Drive Water Well includes
construction of a well building
and well completion of the
Utility Lot 3 Well. Utility Lot 3 is
located adjacent to and south of
Four Mile Drive approximately
0.50 -miles west of Stillwater
Road in Kalispell, MT.
Schedule 4: North Main Well in-
cludes construction of a well
building and well completion of
the North Main Well. The North
Main Well site is located adja-
cent to North Main Street near
the entrance of the Buffalo Hills
Golf Course in Kalispell, MT.
Bidding documents may be
examined at the City of Kalispell
Public Works Department, 201
1st Avenue East, Kalispell, Mon-
tana 59901. Plans and specifi-
cations may also be examined
beginning Sunday February
19, 2023, through QuestCDN.

A Pre -Bid Meeting will be held
in the City Hall First Floor Con-
ference Room, 201 1st Avenue
East, Kalispell, Montana 59901
at 2:00 pm on Wednesday,
March 1, 2023. Interested Bid-
ders are encouraged to attend
the Pre -Bid Meeting. Bids will be
received by QuestCDN until 2:00
PM on Tuesday, March 28,
2023. All bids will then be public-
ly opened and read aloud in the
City Hall First Floor Conference
Room, 201 1st Avenue East,
Kalispell, Montana 59901.
