This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows (Lots 5&7 - Bldgs A thru E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Public Works and Planning met with them this week. Parks is still waiting for the value of the recreational amenities. Planning advised that they will want to pull building permits in April for Lot 7. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Public Works has new site plans under review. Parks has landscaping comments from the previous plans out since 2/6/23 and stated that the buffer areas need to be addressed. Public Works and Planning will have comments regarding fire access, solid waste, and access. This will be on the agenda next week. Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel –Planning advised that the library may be moving to this location. Parks is waiting for photos of the existing backflow to confirm compliance and advised that there will also be a new one going in. This will be on the agenda next week. Office remodel – 417 E Idaho – MDT input is still pending. This will be on the agenda next week. LC Staffing – 620 Treeline Rd – new office building – Public Works is waiting for a response to their comments. Parks has had comments out since 2/7/23. This will be on the agenda next week. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Parks, Public Works, and Plan Review have comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Public Works is still working on landscaping plans. Public Works advised that the building plans will be dependent upon the tank. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – Public Works is still waiting on comments. Parks has comments out since 2/9 and will send a follow up email. This will be on the agenda next week. Tooth Booth – 455 Cascade Loop - new dental office – Public Works received the record drawing deposit but is waiting on construction drawings. Parks is waiting on Jackola. This will be on the agenda next week. All Creatures – 325 Jefferson Blvd – new veterinary clinic – The boundary line adjustment is still pending. Parks sent comments out 3/8/23 requesting 2 corrections. This will be on the agenda next week. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Public Works is still waiting on civils. This will be on the agenda next week. Glacier Bank Downtown – 146/202 N Main St – bank remodel – Parks is waiting for information on site furnishings and requested them to run through BID. This will be on the agenda next week. Take 5 Oil Change – 52 N Main St – oil change service center – Public Works is working through comments. Planning signed off on the aggregation. Parks will have comments. Planning advised that there may be negative public comments but that the use was restricted due to non-compete clauses that the mall will not release. This will be on the agenda next week. 406 Spa – 1315 US Hwy 2 W – addition – Public Works has plans. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Spring Creek Park Roads – Public Works has turning analysis conditions and stated that the plans are missing the connection and turnaround for Triple Creek Drive. Planning advised that they need to bond around the Phase 2 roundabout. Planning also advised that there will be a PUD amendment to add roof pitch.
