NW MT Head Start – 79 7th Ave EN; addition – Del Phipps is currently working with engineer regarding existing building deficiencies. This will be on the agenda next week. Creekside Commons – Glenwood Dr; new apartment building – Public Works needs to verify grease/oil separator. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Updated site plan received, they are not planning on doing a connection to Highway 93 now and are making changes to the water and sewer. This will be on the agenda next week. Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Public Works is waiting on verification of backflow. This will be on the agenda next week. Logan ED Parking Lot – 310 Sunnyview Lane – parking lot remodel – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Office remodel – 417 E Idaho – MDT has the application to remove access off Idaho. This will be on the agenda next week. LC Staffing – 620 Treeline Rd – new office building – Public Works sent comments out 3/1/23, pretreatment comments went out 1/3/23. This will be on the agenda next week. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Public Works sent comments 2/7/23, they will be requiring a downstream analysis. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Plan Review and Fire Department have comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – Public Works sent comments out 3/2/23. This will be on the agenda next week. Tooth Booth – 455 Cascade Loop - new dental office –Public Works is waiting for the record drawing deposit. This will be on the agenda next week. All Creatures – 325 Jefferson Blvd – new veterinary clinic – Public Works has comments from them in their review queue. This will be on the agenda next week. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Public Works is still waiting on civils. This will be on the agenda next week. Meadows Edge Lift Station – NHN Morning Eagle Dr – new lift station – Public Works requested lot lines be added to their plans. This will be on the agenda next week. Glacier Bank Downtown – 146/202 N Main St – bank remodel – Public Works doesn’t really have anything on this, project shows piping in the storm. This will be on the agenda next week. Take 5 Oil Change – 52 N Main St – oil change service center – Public Works sent comments 3/1/23, all asphalt will need to be replaced. This will be on the agenda next week. 406 Spa – 1315 US Hwy 2 W – addition – Planning advised that a lot of the sitework was done in Phase 1. This will be on the agenda next week.
