A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION 5393 AND SETTING THE ANNUAL TAX
LEVY FOR THE CITY -COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
2009-2010.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That there is hereby levied upon each and every dollar of the taxable
valuation of the City of Kalispell, Montana, for the fiscal year 2009-
2010, the following levy (funds to be collected and administered by
Flathead County):
CITY - COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT 5.59 MILLS
SECTION II. All provisions of Resolution 5393 are repealed, amended and rescinded to the
full extent necessary to give full force and effect to the provisions of this
resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF KALISPELL THIS 28TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2009.
