A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO CLOSE OUT THE SID
343 CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE DEBT SERVICE FUND FOR SID 343
REPAYMENT.
WHEREAS, the City has in its Capital Project Fund for SID 343 Sunnyview Construction
the following balance:
Construction Fund SID 343 - $88,854.74
WHEREAS, said project is complete, and
WHEREAS, the City is authorized and required to transfer equity from one fund to another
fund only by Resolution or Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, an appropriate fund to transfer said equity to is the Debt Service Fund for SID
343.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
That the Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to close out the
aforementioned Construction Fund to the Debt Service Fund for Special
Improvement District 343.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, THIS 2ND DAY OF DECEMBER, 2002.
