In attendance: Tree Board Members- Erin Stieber, April Vomfell, Tony Nelson, Martin
Rippen, Staff- Cotler H
Public Comment:

Approve Minutes:
• Approve October minutes- Martin made a motion to approve the October minutes, Erin
seconded the motion. All approved.
Current Business:
• Nov 2, snow event- The snow event was discussed, pruning of small trees to improve
structure to prevent damage from weather events and well as cleanup and the plan
for moving forward.
• Current Contract Pruning Work
• Arbor Day Planning
o Location- Woodland Park
o Theme- Throw Some Shade
o Task were divided up amongst members

Tree seedlings were brought up and checking with Ali that those are still available.
Also possibly having 2 way radios available was discussed as well as a 2nd air horn.
• Arborist Update – Colter- Park crew has transitioned over to forestry. Have finished pruning
trees on 3rd St W and now will move to 4th St W.
