Planning may meet with them in person. OLD BUSINESS: The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 W; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center – Public Works emailed them for DEQ permit approval status. Pre-Treatment is waiting for updated drawings. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows (Lots 5&7 - Bldgs A thru E & Lift Station) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Public Works is still waiting on the record drawing deposit. This will be on the agenda next week. NW MT Head Start – 79 7th Ave EN; addition – Planning is still waiting on landscape and trail connection details. This will be on the agenda next week. Creekside Commons – Glenwood Dr; new apartment building – Public Works has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – New plans with less RV parking will be sent soon. Commercial Plan Review sent comments out. Public Works is waiting on civils. MDT will not be approving the approach and will double check for drainage issues. This will be on the agenda next week. Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Public Works and Parks are still waiting on information on existing backflow. This will be on the agenda next week. Logan ED Parking Lot – 310 Sunnyview Lane – parking lot remodel – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Office remodel – 417 E Idaho – MDT will check and advise permit status to Planning. This will be on the agenda next week. LC Staffing – 620 Treeline Rd – new office building – Public Works has comments out. Commercial Plan Review will be sending comments out today. Public Works advised that the storm water design will not function and may require site redesign. This will be on the agenda next week. Six40 Lofts – 640 E Idaho St – hotel renovation to apartments – Public Works has this in the review queue. Commercial Plan Review will begin soon. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Tank & Well Project – 1110 N Main St/3221 Hwy 93 N/850 Four Mile Dr – Commercial Plan Review and Building have not reviewed. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkline Towers – 820 E Idaho – 2 new multi-family apartment buildings – Public Works is still waiting on civils. Planning confirmed that sidewalks are in. MDT may extend the median and striping for the approach. This will be on the agenda next week. Tooth Booth – 455 Cascade Loop - new dental office – Public Works is working with Jackola. They will put in turnaround for access for garbage trucks. This will be on the agenda next week. All Creatures – 325 Jefferson Blvd – new veterinary clinic – This is Public Works’ review queue. Planning stated that there will be a boundary line adjustment to accommodate fire requirements. NEW BUSINESS: Stillwater Bend Lift Station - Hwy 93 & Rose Crossing – new lift station – ARC approval is complete; the building plans are approved. This was approved. North Annex (Old Fairbridge) – 1701 Hwy 93 S – remodel hotel to apartments – Public Works should be receiving civils in early February. Meadows Edge Lift Station – NHN Morning Eagle Dr – new lift station – Public Works approved plans. Commercial Plan Review has this in their queue. MDT stated that the Phase 3 approach that was built was not approved by them. They will meet with Public Works to discuss. Blue Duck – 130 2nd St E – golf simulator/building remodel – No plans were presented. PRELIMINARY COMMENTS - Apartments at Two Mile – 75 & 85 Financial Drive; multifamily – New plans were presented. James from Jackola requested to locate the sidewalk on the adjacent lot to prevent people from walking through landscaping. Planning advised that an easement would be required. Public Works will check and advise Jackola if the approach on Financial Drive is compliant. Coordinating with Creekside Commons to put in a path connecting with Creekside Commons and the mall from was suggested by Development Services. OTHER COMMENTS: Glacier Bank – Jackola asked about painting the red bench and trash can on Main St. Development Services advised that there is a grant application to replace them to match the ones on the trail.
