Kalispell Public Works Depart-
ment, 201 First Avenue East,
Kalispell, Montana 59901. Plans
and specifications may also be
examined through QuestCDN.

City will be only accepting online
electronic bids through Quest -
CDN. A Pre -Bid Meeting will be
held virtually through Microsoft
Teams at 2:30 PM on Thursday,
December 29, 2022. Bids will be
received by QuestCDN until 2:30
PM on Thursday, January 26,
2023. All bids will be publicly
opened and read aloud at 2:30
PM on Thursday, January 26,
