Water Facility Plan (dated June
2018), and a Project Engineer-
ing Design Report and Project
Plans and Specifications (dated
September 2022) prepared by
RPA and Associates, the City's
consulting engineer. In addition
to these references, agency
comment letters were received
from the US Fish and Wildlife
Service and the Montana Histor-
ical Society's Historic Preser-
vation Office. These references
are available for review upon

impacts are still determined to
be non-significant.
