1. INFORMATION FOR ALL BIDDERS/PLANHOLDERS
· The Bid Opening has been moved to Thursday January 26, 2023 at 2:30 pm. The City
will consider award of the project at the February 6, 2023 Council Meeting.
· The Pre-bid meeting will remain as originally scheduled on Thursday, December 29,
2022 at 2:30 pm.
2. NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS/PLANHOLDERS
· The Contract Documents and Construction Drawings are hereby modified and/or
superseded as follows in this Addendum No. One (1) and in submitting his/her bid,
each Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of all addenda according to procedures
outlined in 00200 – Instructions to Bidders.

o Strike: “February 6, 2022 – Agreement Signed” and add the following: “February
20, 2023 – Agreement Signed”
