Ben Sutton, Sergeant Jeff Clawson, Building Official Rebecca Franke, MDT GUESTS: 0 HEAR THE PUBLIC: None PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Meadows Edge bond reduction request – Phase 1A – Requesting reduction for landscaping; Public Works needs a response from Parks. Phase 1B – requesting reduction and an additional year to complete a playground. Parks proposed not extending past the end of May 2023. Phase II – Frontage improvements are undefined. OLD BUSINESS: The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 W; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows (Lots 5&7 - Bldgs A,B,D&E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Parks review of irrigation plans is still pending. Public Works has comments out since September. This will be on the agenda next week. NW MT Head Start – 79 7th Ave EN; addition – Planning to receive landscaping plans by the end of the year. This will be on the agenda next week. Creekside Commons – Glenwood Dr; new apartment building – Planning spoke with them regarding Parks’ comments. Public Works still has comments out since 10-10-2022. Plan Review is in the queue. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – MDT has not yet reviewed the connections. Nothing new from them. This will be on the agenda next week. Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel –Planning is still waiting on landscaping plans. The Floodplain permit waiting period is almost complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Logan ED Parking Lot – 310 Sunnyview Lane – parking lot remodel – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Office remodel – 417 E Idaho – ARC review is complete. They are working on getting information to MDT. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS: CHS Hayshed – 700 Rail Park Dr – new hayshed – Planning notified them that their plans are insufficient. Public Works will require final drawings for the Fuel Island prior to reviewing this project. Discussion regarding paving requirements for public access was held. Planning to contact them for more information regarding public access. Public Works stated that employee parking should be paved. OTHER: All Creatures Vet clinic will have plans for preliminary comments at the next meeting. Parkland Meadows should be coming in for Final Plat in the next few weeks.
