Jeff Clawson, Building Official Ben Sutton, Sergeant Rebecca Franke, MDT Grace Kurtz, Engineer I GUESTS: 4 HEAR THE PUBLIC: None PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Fourth and Zuri is complete, Mark Crowley will send email to release bond. OLD BUSINESS: The Harper/Jiffy Lube- 1280/1290 Highway 2 W; new 40-unit multifamily development/Lube Center – Public Works review is complete, need waiver of SID and MDEQ approval. Pretreatment comments sent out on Jiffy Lube 4/25/2022, architect is working through comments, pretreatment needs revised building drawings. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows (Lots 5&7 - Bldgs A,B,D&E) – Airport Rd; new multifamily apartment buildings – Subdivision released for construction except for the lift station. Public Works sent out lot 7 site plan comments to engineer on 9/25/2022. Comments for lot 5 were sent out by Public Works on 10/7/2022. Irrigation plans for subdivision, lot 5 and lot 7 have been received and Parks is reviewing them. This will be on the agenda next week. NW MT Head Start – 79 7th Ave EN; addition – Planning is still waiting on landscaping. Pre-treatment sent comments out 6-27-2022 on the existing building. This will be on the agenda next week. Creekside Commons – Glenwood Dr; new apartment building – Public Works sent comments out on 10-10- 2022. Plan Review is in the process of reviewing. Parks emailed a request for updated details on 10-7-2022. This will be on the agenda next week. Laird Noller Truck & RV – 3178 Hwy 93 S; new truck & RV service center – Planning received new building plans and confirmed there are no changes to the site. Public Works sent comments out on 11-4-2022. Pre-treatment sent comments out on 7-22-2022 and re-sent on 11-10-2022. Parks sent comments out in June and re-sent in October. This will be on the agenda next week. Gateway Mall Parking Lot – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Public Works is ready to sign off. The Floodplain permit is being processed. Beargrass Landscaping is doing the internal landscaping plans and will likely send plans soon. This will be on the agenda next week. Logan ED Parking Lot – 310 Sunnyview Lane – parking lot remodel – Public Works will not be reviewing until record drawings have been received. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: PRELIMINARY COMMENTS: Harvest Flats – Timberwolf Parkway/Stillwater Rd – need to see utility layout, turning movements for solid waste and fire need more review, continuation of Timberwolf Parkway to western property limits and other ROW improvements, Stillwater ROW and improvements.
