NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that on the 7th day of November,
2022 at 7:00 o'clock p.m., in the
Council Chambers, City Hall,
201 First Avenue East, Kalispell,
Montana, the City Council (the
"Council") of the City of Kalispell,
Montana (the "City") will hold a
public hearing on a proposed
amendment to the Planned Unit
Development Agreement for
Starling Development.
The City of Kalispell has re-
ceived a written request from
Starling Development LLC for an
amendment to the PUD agree-
ment to increase the number of
units on the Phase 3 multi -family
lot to 48 and to modify the ac-
cess for the six Phase 2 ADU
lots. The subdivision is located
on the west side of Stillwater
Road west of Timberwolf Park-
way in the City of Kalispell.
On November 7, 2022, at 7:00
pm in the City Hall Council
Chambers, 201 First Avenue
East, Kalispell, the Kalispell City
Council will hold a public hearing
regarding the proposed amend-
ments to the Starling PUD. The
proposed amendments can be
viewed on the City's website at w
ww.kalispell.com/679/Council-Pu
blic-Hearings or in the office of
the City Clerk at 201 First Ave-
nue East, Kalispell. Any person
wishing to address the proposed
amendments may appear at this
hearing and make oral state-
ments or present same in writ-
ing. Written comments may also
be submitted for council consid-
eration by delivering the same to
the City Clerk at 201 First Ave-
nue East, Kalispell, MT 59901,
or by email to publiccomment@k
alispell.com prior to the hearing.
