Clark Nissan/Hyundai – 2915/2955 Hwy 93 S (Expired 8/15) – Public Works inspected site last week. The
storm pond still needs correction and the onsite manholes (private) are paved over. Project was conditionally
approved pending completion of storm pond under previous owner who bonded for the pond.

paving and parking is not completed. Planning is in communication with them.

one.
Chipotle – 2264 Hwy 93 N (Expires 8/31) – And Taco Bell – Parks stated that the Chipotle should be done but
Taco Bell is not due to possible firing of their landscaper. Parks will check today.
Public Works added Bergman Phase 1 on South Meridian – They changed their project but never did their
approach onto Meridian and there is no bond in place. Planning will make a note of it.
Planning is still reviewing expired bonds.
OLD BUSINESS:
The Silos Ph 2 (Building D, E, F & G)- 655 Center St; 3 new multifamily buildings and clubhouse – Planning received
comments from Joe Gilpin for his thoughts on trail crossings. He did not agree with their current proposal and sent a
site plan with his proposals. Parks requested conduit under the crossings from Ruis & Jackola in case of future irrigation
and controller wire repair. Gilpin commented that the pavement should not be stamped so it would match the rest of the
trail and that there is too much parking. Public Works is still waiting on pre-treatment comments and will be sending
comments on latest plans. DEQ submittal has not been received. Plan Reviewer will be reviewing this soon. This will
be on the agenda next week.
The Harper- 1280 Highway 2 E; new 40-unit multifamily development – Nothing new; Plan Review has comments
out. This will be on the agenda next week.

will be on the agenda next week.
Diamond Aire - 1893 Airport Rd; addition to existing hanger – Owner is very ill and has likely put the project on hold.
Removing from agenda while project is on hold.
Parkland Meadows – Airport Rd; 2 new multifamily apartment buildings (Buildings A&B) – Parks spoke with Jackola
regarding landscaping and POA maintenance. They may be landscaping in phases; Parks told them they will need to
resubmit to Site Review. Final Plat is still pending. Public Works has reviewed as sub-phases in some discussions with
MDT due to possible future MDT projects. Jackola is working on Parks’ comments. Public Works gave approval for
Phase 1, DEQ, and City excluding lift station drawings and electrical. They still need to go through Structural and
Mechanical but they can start on water, sewer, and storm. This will be on the agenda next week.
Skip’s Hangar – 20 Ryan Lane; new hangar – They will call Planning to determine who it was that told them they
were could be no construction by the tie downs. This will be on the agenda next week.

NEW BUSINESS: None.
OTHER COMMENTS:
Taco Bell- 535 E Idaho St; building remodel and parking lot modification – They will not be replacing the parking lot
due to cost. Works would not require a reimbursable deposit. Public Works review fees would go under the building
permit. MDT will probably still need an encroachment permit or agreement. Plan Review will look at ADA
requirements. Parks will require an updated landscape plan to confirm compliance. Public Works to recommend new
sidewalks and that they coordinate with MDT.
Meridian Apartments – 50 Meridian Ct; new 36-unit multifamily building (Building E) – Parks sent Public Works
comments regarding backflow. DEQ approval is still pending.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:35 am.
