a) Wells Fargo Bank - alley permit parking (200 block of 3ra Alley East). Review
proposed lease agreement and if approved, provide recommendation to the city
to proceed with the agreement. Review and finalize signage for the lot.
8. New Business
a) Jarod Nygren and/or Katharine King — 3ra and Main Development update.
b) Review current fee structure for parking permits in city owned lots. There
has not been an increase in permit fees since June of 2014. Discuss
standardizing the fee structure for all permits in city owned lots.

The mission of the City of Kalispell Parking is to effectively manage the parking inventory in order to adequately
meet the needs of downtown's customers, employees, visitors, and residents.
