A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THOMAS R. JENTZ AS THE ENVIRONMENTAL
CERTIFYING OFFICER FOR THE CITY OF KALISPELL.
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell is designating Thomas R. Jentz,
Director of the Tri-City Planning Office, as the
Environmental Certifying Officer for the City of
Kalispell on a permanent basis.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That Thomas R. Jentz is the designated
Environmental Certifying Officer on all local,
state and federal grant applications on behalf
of the City of Kalispell.
SECTION II. That the duties of the Environmental
Certifying Officer will be necessary for the
completion of, but not limited to, the
following grant funding sources:
CDBG Housing and Public Facility Grants
CDBG Economic Development Grants
CDBG Wildfire Impacts Grants
Flood Grants
HOME Grants
U.S. Department of Commerce Economic
Development Administration Grants
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL THIS CTH DAY OF AUGUST, 2001.
