Sherman Building & Sidewalk – Patrick to follow up. OLD BUSINESS: SD#5 Transportation and Maintenance Facility- 120 School Station Ct; school bus storage and maintenance – Fire Dept needs to meet with them and Public Works regarding combustibles. Fire Department sent Building information regarding purpose of each building. Existing fire hydrants are likely insufficient. Public Works sent comments on 6/30/22, Parks sent comments on 7/1. There continues to be a disconnect between the project architect and the landscaping designer. This will be on the agenda next week. Meridian Apartments- 50 Meridian Ct; new 36-unit multifamily building (Building E) – Public Works sent comments on 7/6/22. This will be on the agenda next week. The Silos Ph 2 (Building D, E, F & G)- 655 Center St; 3 new multifamily buildings and clubhouse Nothing new. Public Works continues to work on the stormwater capacity issue. This will be on the agenda next week. Skalsky Hangar- 90 Ryan St; new airport hangar – Electrical plans received 6/28/22; Building continues to wait for geo-tech. They are not responding to Planning’s comments in April. This will be on the agenda next week. The Harper- 1280 Highway 2 E; new 40-unit multifamily development – Public Works sent comments mid- May; no response yet from them. This will be on the agenda next week. Jiffy Lube- 1290 Highway 2 E; new auto service/repair facility – CUP being recorded. This will be on the agenda next week. Diamond Aire - 1893 Airport Rd; addition to existing hanger – Building plans are not stamped and signed by designer; no response from them. This will be on the agenda next week. Taco Bell- 535 E Idaho St; building remodel and parking lot modification – Public Works sent comments out 6/30/22. MDT’s comment regarding ADA sidewalks, stormwater/sewer system are pending. Parks requested elevation of backflow and ballast head. This will be on the agenda next week. Parkland Meadows – Airport Rd; 2 new multifamily apartment buildings (Buildings A&B) – Public Works is waiting for DEQ approval for overall site. This will be on the agenda next week. Skip’s Hangar - 1880 Hwy 93 S; new hangar – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Gateway Community Center – 1203 Hwy 2 W – parking lot remodel – Public Works is working on the Stormwater Maintenance Permit. Parks requires 5% landscaping; wants to know if the ATM machine was calculated in this requirement. Planning is working with them on development on a floodplain; a permit will be required. This will be on the agenda next week. Fed Ex Expansion – 165 Schoolhouse Loop; 96,256 SF expansion to existing FedEx Building – Public Works is close to sending comments. Planning is working with owners regarding zoning lot determination (easement or aggregate) to obtain a building permit. This will be on the agenda next week. Clark North Hanger- 100 Ryan St; new airport hangar – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Meridian Court Pavilion – Meridian Apts; pavilion – Public Works will either require sewer service abandoned or pretreatment addressed depending on whether a sink is going to be in the pavilion. Planning to clarify sink plumbing since plans do not show any water supply. Recreational breakdown may change. This will be on the agenda next week. NW MT Head Start – 79 7th Ave EN; addition – Building has this under review and sent some bathroom questions to them. Public Works will have stormwater requirements. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Eagle Valley Ranch Apartments – Bldgs E, F, G, & H – 2000 Jefferson – Jackola submitted 3 packages and plans to pull 4 permits at the same time. Buildings are all the same (2 12’s, 2 24’s). The building will go in 6- week increments. Building requires 1 permit per building; can review 2 plans for the 4 buildings. Planning advised them to submit plans as soon as possible. Architectural review tentatively planned for 7/26/22. Submittal required by 7/18/22. Jackola will take plans to Post Office to review ADA mailbox locations. Jackola relocated fire hydrants based on the Fire Department feedback. This will be on the agenda next week. OTHER COMMENTS: Tri-Con Laydown/Construction Yard – 135 Schoolhouse Loop – Planning will send current comments out. Building’s and Public Works’ comments. Sprinkling would be required. Parks will require landscaping. Westview Estates Phases 6 & 7 – Public Works will be issuing a Stop Work order since they do not have DEQ approval. Public Works and Parks submitted comments regarding drainage. They have not responded. Meadows Edge – They received Public Works approval and are moving forward. They do not have approval to use their lift station. Mountain View – Public Works has this under review. American Properties – 9th Ave W & 9th St W – Public Works close to approving. Public Works New Lift Station - Approved by council on 7/5/22. Slated to start late September; pumps to arrive at the end of December.
