3:00 pm Meeting Called to Order: Bryce Baker, Chair of the Board
1. Hear from the Public - Members of the public are invited to present information related to the
Tourism Business Improvement District. Presenters are limited to three (3) minutes each.
2. Event Grant - application submitted for the Big Sky Reining Classic put on by the Montana Reining
Horse Association (MRHA) at the Majestic Valley Arena, August 8-14. Anticipate 200+/- competitors.
Requesting $1,000 to be used for production and promotion. Anticipated room nights 100.
3. Board Action Items
a) Approval of minutes from May 25, 2022
b) Approval of financials for May, 2022
4. Board Discussion
a) Follow up discussion on Outside Kind Flathead grant
b) Rollover funds available for allocation
c) Event updates
d) Staff reports
