He is working with Chad at Parks on the boulevard landscaping. Recreational amenities will be mostly indoors since it is a senior community. Public Works would like to see sidewalks tied into ADA ramps coming out of parking lot, the trash area looks a little tight and may need to be designed differently to make more room along the drive isle. The doors on the trash enclosure might interfere with traffic, might need to be sliding doors. Discussed location of water main valves and fire hydrants. Mailbox cluster will be put indoors since it is a senior community. They currently have more parking spaces than they need so they will be tweaking the parking lot to provide better turn around access and fire truck access. PRELIMINARY COMMENTS – Old Loose Change Casino Lot – Sunrift food truck lot – Mark Rohweder present for preliminary review and comments. This use will be separate from the brewery and restaurant, strictly just a place for food trucks to park and serve the public. There are not any parking or bathroom requirements because these are trucks and not buildings, if parking is found to be required there is a 50% parking reduction because it’s in the B-3 zone. Will need to check with Department of Revenue regarding the rules if beer were to be served in the food truck lot. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: None The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 am cc: Police City Manager City Clerk Building. Fire Community Development Planning Parks Public Works MDT
