OLD BUSINESS: Owl View Ph 2 Building 2 - 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition – Parking lot issues have been resolved, agreement with adjacent property owner. Zoning is ready to sign off, Public Works needs to wait to sign off until waiver of SID has been received. This will be on the agenda next week. Junegrass Place- 1079 N Meridian; multi-family development (138 units and community building) – Public works conditionally approved on 4/26/22, pre-treatment comments are still out. This will be on the agenda next week. First Interstate Bank- 2 S Main St; new drive thru teller lanes and ATM – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. SD#5 Transportation and Maintenance Facility- 120 School Station Ct; School bus storage and maintenance – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Kohls- 2248 Highway 93 N; new retail shell – Nothing new, building plans have not been received. This will be on the agenda next week. Meridian Apartments- 50 Meridian Ct; Building 5 of Meridian Apartments (36 units) – Per Keith new civils were received this morning and they will review soon. This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead County Courthouse West- 935 1st Ave W; remodel existing government office building– Committee decided that since this is such a small addition there is nothing really to review, it will still need to go through ARC. This has passed through site review. Flathead Liquor- 1121 Hwy 2 W; parking lot modification – Public Works and zoning are ready to sign off, Chad still needs to review the landscape plan. This will be on the agenda next week. The Silos Ph 2 (Building D&G)- 655 Center St; new 36-unit multifamily building – Public Works has not received a full set of engineering plans, cannot sign off in site review until those are received and reviewed. Boundary Line Adjustment will need to be recorded before a C of O can be issued. This will be on the agenda next week. Airport Hangar- 900 Ryan St; new airport hangar – Zoning has advised a condo declaration will have to be recorded before a building permit can be issued, they are working with PJ on that. Dan will follow up to see if the fire flows have been reviewed. This will be on the agenda next week. The Harper – 1280 Hwy 2 East; new 40-unit multifamily development – Keith noted that the concrete sidewalks must carry though approaches. This will be on the agenda next week. Jiffy Lube – 1290 Hwy 2 East; new/auto service/repair facility – Planning is holding on to the boundary line adjustment until a full review is done. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Hangar addition – 1893 Airport Rd; addition to existing hangar – Building is going to check on the building code regarding building over a sanitary manhole. This will be on the agenda next week. Taco Bell – 535 E Idaho St; building remodel and parking lot modification – Departments under review. Initial comments are that the parking spots by trash enclosure may be a problem. This will be on the agenda next week. Marsh & McLennan – 20 N Main St; TI change of use from retail – Initial comments are that they will likely be required to add a pedestrian crossing from the mall to the trail and possibly to 5th.
