This will be on the agenda next week. Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition – Still waiting on the SID waiver and owners plan to address parking. This will be on the agenda next week. Junegrass Place- 1079 N Meridian; multi-family development (138 units and community building) – Geotechnical report received recently and is under review and sent to MDT. Still working on recreational amenity with developer. Wayfinding signs will need to be complete at C of O of first building. This will be on the agenda next week. First Interstate Bank- 2 S Main St; new drive thru teller lanes and ATM – Might do two permits, one for the approach and one for the parking, they are still working that out with zoning. This will be on the agenda next week. SD#5 Transportation and Maintenance Facility- 120 School Station Ct; School bus storage and maintenance – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Kohls- 2248 Highway 93 N; new retail shell – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Meridian Apartments- 50 Meridian Ct; Building 5 of Meridian Apartments (36 units) – New civils submitted this morning to review. Fire will not need a road from the parking lot to the alley. This will be on the agenda next week. Lift Station #9- 185 Fairway Blvd; new lift station – Lighting will be added to the building, Patrick will get cutsheet to zoning. This has passed through site review. Flathead County Courthouse West- 935 1st Ave W; remodel existing government office buildings, new breezeway, and fenced parking lot improvements – Comments have been sent out by zoning about city right of way. The scope of this permit will just be the addition and remodel of the Courthouse West building. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Flathead Liquor- 1121 Hwy 2 W; parking lot modification – This is under review by all departments. This will be on the agenda next week. The Silos Ph 2 (Building D)- 655 Center St; new 36-unit multifamily building – plans have been received for building D & G, still under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Airport Hangar- 90 Ryan St; new airport hangar – still under review. This will be on the agenda next week. PRELIMINARY COMMENTS Eagle Valley Ranch Apartments Ph 2- Jefferson Boulevard; new multifamily development (72 units and leasing office) – preliminary comments regarding trash enclosure locations and buffering, boundary lines, fire hydrants and access, streets, curbs, etc. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Updates from PJ regarding recently approved projects The meeting was adjourned at 10:58 am cc: Police City Manager City Clerk Building.
