a) Patching of Methodist Lot to allow for additional permitted spaces.

a) Introduction of KPD Administrative Captain Ben Sutton.
b) Jared Nygren and/or Katharine King — 3rd and Main Development update.
c) Determine limit for number of permits that may be requested on permit
waiting list.
d) Subletting of parking permits by landlords and business owners and selling
permits above the cost of the permit value when purchased through the city.
e) Set monitoring schedule for parking enforcement to determine lot usage and
potential for adjustment to current oversell amounts.

meet the needs of downtown's customers, employees, visitors, and residents.
