OLD BUSINESS:
Owl View Ph 2 Building 2 - 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building —Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition —Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
World Gym Addition — 555 E Swift Creek Way; addition to existing gym —New set of plans received.
This has conditionally passed through site review pending access and maintenance agreement.
Junegrass Place- 1079 N Meridian; multi -family development (138 units and community building) —
Recreational amenity still needed, plans show watermain under sidewalk, Public Works wants it under the
street, mailbox cluster needs to be ADA accessible, current plans does not show a full pull out, Rachel
will send comments about pull through parking spots needing a concrete curb. This will be on the agenda
next week.
Keller Williams- 162 Timberwolf Pkwy; new office building — Public Works is ready to approve, Parks
will conditionally approve pending a new set of landscaping plans indicating a 4' diameter ring around
trees, not mineral mulch, and install height of vacuum breaker. This has conditionally passed through site
review.
First Interstate Bank- 2 S Main St; new drive thru teller lanes and ATM — Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda next week.
SD#5 Transportation and Maintenance Facility- 120 School Station Ct; School bus storage and
maintenance — Public Works waiting on resubmittal and pre-treatment. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Kohls- 2248 Highway 93 N; new retail shell — Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Meridian Apartments- 50 Meridian Ct; Building 5 of Meridian Apartments (36 units) —Nothing new.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Lift Station #9- 185 Fairway Blvd; new lift station - Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next
week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Flathead County Courthouse West- 935 Ist Ave W; remodel existing government office buildings, new
breezeway, and fenced parking lot improvements — Departments still under review. This will be on the
agenda next week.
