PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS:
Beehive Homes Ph 2- 242 Stillwater Road; bike path, landscape, irrigation, and water main (PIA
Expiration 3/30/22, Letter of Credit) – Rachel sent out letter 3/23/22 advising we will extend to July 31,
2022.
OLD BUSINESS:
Owl View Ph 2 Building 2 - 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building – Rachel spoke with Gaylon
Owens, and he has advised her they will be submitting plans very soon. Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition – According to Jackola they are now working on a parking lot
design for additional parking which is holding up the project currently. Public Works is still waiting on
waiver of SID. This will be on the agenda next week.
Northwestern Energy – 890 N Meridian; shop addition to existing building – Bids came back on the
project, and they were way over budget so this project will be removed from agenda until further notice.
Public Works is still waiting on waiver of SID.
World Gym Addition – 555 E Swift Creek Way; addition to existing gym – Nothing new, still having
same issues with trash enclosure location. They would like to share one with Great Indoors, Nygren
suggested put both enclosures right next to each other. Rachel is going to talk to Gene Corne about that
possibility. This will be on the agenda next week.
Junegrass Place- 1079 N Meridian; multi-family development (138 units and community building) –
Nothing new, departments still waiting on resubmittals and comments. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Keller Williams- 162 Timberwolf Pkwy; new office building – Departments still need to review
comments submitted this morning. Engineering is close to approval. This will be on the agenda next
week.
First Interstate Bank- 2 S Main St; new drive thru teller lanes and ATM – Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda next week.
SD#5 Transportation and Maintenance Facility- 120 School Station Ct; School bus storage and
maintenance – Public works sent out comments on March 18, 2022. Other departments are still reviewing.
This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Kohls- 2248 Highway 93 N; new retail shell – preliminary plans have been submitted for ARC and plan
on submitting a full set soon to hopefully start construction this year. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Meridian Apartments- 41 Meridian Ct; Building 5 of Meridian Apartments (36 units) – departments are
under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS
Stillwater Crossing Apartments - carports/garages/storage units – original submittal was to be all
garages but that has changed significantly so the new submittal will need to be re-reviewed. An updated
landscape plan will also be needed.
