While it is my clients' intent to have financing in place prior to that date, we are working with regulated banks and some of the due diligence regarding the connection between the hotel and parking garage is taking longer than anticipated. If you would please have the appropriate City of Kalispell official sign below indicating approval to the requested extension and return a signed copy to my office, that would be much appreciated.
