PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS:
Beehive Homes Ph 2- 242 Stillwater Road; bike path, landscape, irrigation, and water main (PIA
Expiration 3/30/22, Letter of Credit) – nothing new
OLD BUSINESS:
Owl View Ph 2 Building 2 - 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building – Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition – Public Works is still waiting on waiver of SID. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Northwestern Energy – 890 N Meridian; shop addition to existing building – Public Works is still
waiting on waiver of SID. This will be on the agenda next week.
World Gym Addition – 555 E Swift Creek Way; addition to existing gym – Nothing new. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Junegrass Place- 1079 N Meridian; multi-family development (138 units and community building) –
Public Works sent out comments, waiting on response. Parks & Rec is waiting to hear back from
landscape architect regarding screening. This will be on the agenda next week.
Keller Williams- 162 Timberwolf Pkwy; new office building – Public Works has sent out comments and
pre-treatment comments, Parks & Rec is waiting on landscape updates. This will be on the agenda next
week.
The Silos Ph 2- 63 8th Ave WN; Building D (24-unit multi-family) and Building G (amenity building) –
Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
First Interstate Bank- 2 S Main St; new drive thru teller lanes and ATM – Public works is fine with the
layout, will not be sending out comments. MDT is still reviewing and so far, there are no red flags per
Rebecca. This will be on the agenda next week.
SD#5 Transportation and Maintenance Facility- 120 School Station Ct; School bus storage and
maintenance – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Montana Dental Works – 3 Sunset Plaza; addition – Public Works does not have much to look at, no
surfaces are being changed. All other departments are good with their review. This has passed through
site review.
NEW BUSINESS:
PRELIMINARY COMMENTS Eagle Valley Ranch Apartments- Jefferson Boulevard; new
multifamily development (72 units and office) – discussion about location of fire hydrants, how they are
going to tie into water main, grading and finding utilities. Stormwater may be required on this site.
Mailbox should not be located next to a trash enclosure.
