OLD BUSINESS: Owl View Ph 2 Building 2 - 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition – Public Works is still waiting on waiver of SID. This will be on the agenda next week. Northwestern Energy – 890 N Meridian; shop addition to existing building – Public Works is still waiting on waiver of SID to be recorded. This will be on the agenda next week. World Gym Addition – 555 E Swift Creek Way; addition to existing gym – New building plans came in but did not address trash enclosure questions. This will be on the agenda next week. Junegrass Place- 1079 N Meridian; multi-family development (138 units and community building) – Departments are still under review; comments have been sent out. This will be on the agenda next week. Keller Williams- 162 Timberwolf Pkwy; new office building – Updated site plan with new trash enclosure location. This will be on the agenda next week. Black Kaiju Ph 2- 313 2nd Ave W- Podcast office and residential unit – Since this is all internal work, public works is ready to sign off. Rachel will check with the Fire Chief week of 03/07/22. This is tentatively passed thru site review pending Fire Chief. The Silos Ph 2- 63 8th Ave WN; Building D (24-unit multi-family) and Building G (amenity building) – new site plan submitted showing new location of amenity building and two trail crossings. Details on the crossings will need to be worked out. There are no civil drawings yet. This will be on the agenda next week. Office- 130 2nd St E- change of use laundromat to office – This has passed thru site review with condition that access easements be addressed prior to C/O and exterior work be approved by ARC. NEW BUSINESS: First Interstate Bank- 2 S Main St; new drive thru teller lanes and ATM – departments under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Sunrift Kitchen Storage- 55 1st Ave WN; kitchen and storage expansion - departments under review. This will be on the agenda next week. PRELIMINARY COMMENTS FedEx Expansion- 165 Schoolhouse Loop; 96,256 SF expansion to existing FedEx building – Owners are going to do a zoning lot determination and then the aggregation a few months later. Discussion about parking ratio used, preliminary fire chief comments, interior parking lot landscaping requirements, drive isles, snow storage and drainage.
