MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES

1. Call to Order:

Jared Nygren attended the meeting to provide an update on the 3rd and Main Development. The hotel is
anticipated to be a 2-year construction and the parking garage, around 9-months. The developers will be
hosting a Meet and Greet sometime in the near future.
The holiday ticketing schedule was discussed. Tickets will not be issued December 20th through the 31"
and will resume on Monday.
The transition of the Skyline Lot going back to a permitted lot was discussed. We will have signs posted
in the lot sometime around January or February to notify the public that the lot will be changing to a paid
parking lot starting March 1st
George made a motion to increase parking citations from $10.00 to $15.00 and safety violations from
$10.00 to $25.00. Furthermore, he recommended that 2-hour violations be issued more than once per day
when a vehicle remains in the same space.
