02-10-22 Site Development Review Committee MinutesSITE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE SUMMARY Thursday, February 10, 2022 First Floor Conference Room 201 First Avenue East ATTENDING: Rachel Ezell, Planner II PJ Sorensen, Senior Planner Patrick Jentz, Engineer II Rick Parker, Commercial Plans Examiner Jarod Nygren, Development Services Director Dan Pearce, Fire Chief GUESTS: None HEAR THE PUBLIC: None PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Public Works is waiting on an update on the record drawings for Silverbrook Phase 2B-B and Town Pump. OLD BUSINESS: Owl View Ph 2 Building 2 - 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building – Waiting on plans. This will be on the agenda next week. Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition – Public Works is still waiting on waiver of SID. This will be on the agenda next week. Northwestern Energy – 890 N Meridian; shop addition to existing building – Public Works is still waiting on waiver of SID to be recorded. This will be on the agenda next week. World Gym Addition – 555 E Swift Creek Way; addition to existing gym – Trash enclosure is in an appropriate location now. Parking space quantity appears to be ok as of now, Rachel is still reviewing. Building plans are still under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Junegrass Place- 1079 N Meridian; multi-family development (138 units and community building) – Rachel has comments out including landscaping, parking, and internal wayfinding sign location conditions. Dan has reviewed the hydrant plan, he had them move some of the locations as well as add a couple of hydrants. Applicant wants to do some boundary line adjustments and Rachel will advise them they will not be able to pull a building permit until those are recorded. This will be on the agenda next week. Keller Williams- 162 Timberwolf Pkwy; new office building – Project has been to Architectural Review and was tabled until some changes were made to the trash enclosure location and landscaping. Public Works has notified them of needing to move the trash enclosure as well, they may have to give up some parking spots to do this. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: None PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: PJ advised of upcoming March planning board agenda as well as other projects that are tentatively coming through.
