PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS:
Kalispell North Town Center Ph 3 - N of Reserve & E of Hwy 93; Infrastructure, excavation, curb,
gutter, see bond (SIA Expiration 11/30/21; Subdivision Bond)
OLD BUSINESS:
Kalispell Tap and Games - 2400 Hwy 93 S: remodel to arcade/tap house – An updated site plan was
provided by the engineer but still waiting on the rem. This will be on the agenda next week.
Owl View Ph 2 Building 2 - 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building – Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
Northwestern Energy – 890 N Meridian; shop addition to existing building. Nothing new. This will be
on the agenda next week.
Black Kaiju/Black Rifle Coffee – 305-313 2nd Ave W; new coffee shop, remodeled office, studio, and
residential apartment. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week.
The Silos - 501 W Center St; Apartment buildings A&B – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Flathead Liquor Addition - 1121 Hwy 2 W; storage addition – Nothing new; waiting on an updated site
plan. This will be on the agenda next week.
Clark Hyundai Addition - 2955 Hwy 93 S; additions to existing dealership – Planning and Parks are
working with the owners to incorporate some of the landscaping that was required within the interior
parking lot islands somewhere else on the site. This will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Preliminary Comments: 406 Spa – 1315 Hwy 2 W; multi-phase building expansion for spa and coffee
shop – James Cummins with Jackola present as representative - the original plan presented back in 2018
did not include a spa so the parking will have to be recalculated since this type of business has different
parking requirements. Public Works was not able to attend the meeting, so Rachel gave James their
preliminary comments.
