Dear Cody,
It is the finding of the City of Kalispell, Montana, that the following activities approved for
funding under the Montana CDBG program are defined as exempt activities under 24 Part 58.34,
and meet the conditions specified therein for such exemption, of the Environmental Review
Process for Title I Community Development Block Grant Programs, and that these activities are
in compliance with the environmental requirements of related federal authorities. The activities
and the statutory authority for exemption are listed below:
