RE: Country Estates Unit # 1
Dear Marshall:
The Road Superintendent has advised this Board that the roads in
Country Estates # 1 Subdivision have been constructed to County standards
and that thirty (30) lots are occupied. The original owners have
consented, at the time of the platting of the subdivision, to Flathead
County accepting the roads when these conditions are met.
The Board of County Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby
accepts the roads of Country Estates # 1 for right-of-way and maintenance
purposes as county roads.
