This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Foot & Ankle – 58 Village Loop; new office. PW sent comments out, waiting on resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week. Owl View Ph 2 Building 2- 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. World Gym Addition – 555 E Swift Creek Way; Addition to existing gym. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Chipotle – 2261 Hwy 93 N; new restaurant building. Planning sent out comments about depth of the parking spots and handicap signs. This will be on the agenda next week. Penco- 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition. Storm/sewer design is under review by Public Works. This will be on the agenda next week. Taco Bell- 2260 Hwy 93 N; new restaurant building. Existing ECC&Rs appear to satisfy requirement for cross access between Taco Bell and Chipotle lots. This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead County North- 290 N Main St; remodel and parking lot reconfiguration. Nothing new. Agency Exemption is scheduled for Board of Adjustment meeting on 6/29/21 @ 7pm. This will be on the agenda next week. The Warming Center – 189 N Meridian; homeless shelter. Under review by departments. This will be on the agenda next week. City of Kalispell Police Search Building – 1428 1st Ave W; new police storage building. Public Works has comments out, waiting on resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week. FHS Sophomore parking lot – 740 5th Ave W; parking lot expansion. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Costco ADA parking- 2330 Highway 93 N; establish and restripe handicapped parking spaces. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. RDO- 3145 Hwy 93 S; enclose existing covered outdoor storage. PW still working with engineer and contractor on past requirements completed. This will be on the agenda next week. Glacier Eye - 155 Timberwolf Parkway; new medical office. Departments are under review. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Sweet Peaks Parking Lot – plans have not been officially turned in, preliminary comments only. First handicapped spot must be van accessible.
