I, City Manager of the City of Kalispell, the undersigned representative of the
property owner, do hereby certify that it has caused to be surveyed and platted
into lots, streets and park as shown by the plat and certificate of survey
hereunto the following described tract of land, to wit:
A tract of land located in the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section
17, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, Principal Meridian, Montana, Flathead
County, Montana, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 29, Block 1 of Greenacres,
records of Flathead County, and the POINT–OF–BEGINNING; thence S89'21'32"E
along the North line of said lot, a distance 624.20 feet to the Northeast corner
of said lot; thence 500'21'37"E along the East boundary of said lot and
its extension thereof, a distance of 491.13 feet to the Southeast corner of
Lot 27 of said Block 1; thence N89'21'32"W along the South boundary of
said lot, a distance of 626.49 feet to the Southwest corner of said lot, being
on the East right–of–way of South Woodland Drive; thence N00'05'34"W
along said right–of–way, a distance of 491.09 feet to the POINT–OF–BEGINNING,
containing 7.049 acres, more or less.
The above described tract of land is designated and to be known as Woodland
Court, a resubdivision of Lots 27, 28 & 29, Block 1 of Greenacres, located
in the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 17, Township 28 North,
Range 21 West, Principal Meridian, Montana, Flathead County, Montana.

"The undersigned hereby grants unto each and every person,
firm or corporation, whether public or private, providing or
offering to provide telephone, telegraph, electric power, gas,
cable television, water or sewer service to the public, the right
to the joint use of on easement for the construction, maintenance,
repair and removal of their lines and other facilities, in, over,
under, and across each area designated on this plat as "Utility
Easement" to have and to hold forever."
