We, the undersigned landowners, hereby certify that we have caused to be surveyed, subdivided, and platted into lots as shown
by the plat hereon, the following tract of land:
Lots 4A and 4B of the Amended Plat of Lots 4A & 4B of Village Heights Subdivision in the SW1/4SW1/4 Section 32, T29N,
R21 W, PMM, City of Kalispell, Flathead County, Montana.
This division of land shall hereafter be known as Village Heights Professional Center Subdivision and contains 2.93 acres.
We also certify that this amended plat is exempt from review as a subdivision in accordance with 76-3-207(1)(d), MCA which
exempts the relocation of common boundaries for five or fewer lots within a platted subdivision. We further certify that this
amended plat is exempt from review by the Montana Department of Environmental Quality in accordance with ARM
17.36-605(2)(b) which exempts a parcel that has a previous approval issued under Title 76, chapter 4, part 1, MCA, if: (i) no
facilities other than those previously approved exist or will be constructed on the parcel; and (ii) the division of land will not cause
approved facilities to deviate from the conditions of approval, in violation of 76-4-130, MCA.
