Begi$ning at the Northeast 1/16 corner of Section 1, Township 28 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M.,
the$ce S89 37'36"E, a distance of 292.50 feet to the North right-of-way of Summit Ridge Drive; thefice
S54 04'33"W, a distance of 106.13 feet along the North right-of-way of Summit Ridge Drive; thence
right in a curve with a radius of 320.00 feet, 0 of 36°19'20" and an arc length of 202.68 feet along
the North right-of-way of Summit Ridge Drive; thence N89 38'07"W, a distance of 17.56 feet along
the North right-of-way of Summit Ridge Drive to the Southeast corner of Lot 7, Block 5, Summit
Ridge No. 1; thence N0°21'53"E, a distance of 124.93 feet along the East boundary of Lot 7, Block 5,
Summit Ridge No. 1 to the Northeast 1/16 corner of Section 1 the Point -of -Beginning. Said tract
