records of Flathead County, said portion being deeded to Flathead County
to be used as a county road;
containing 2.069 Acres of Land.
The above described tract of land is to be known and designated
as the Amended Subdivision Plat of Lot 7 of Sunnyside Park,
Flathead County, Montana.

We certify that the purpose of this survey is to relocate common
boundorie§ between adjoining properties, and that no additional
parcels are being created; therefore, this survey is exempt
from review as a subdivision pursuant to Section 76-3-207(1)(a), M.C.A.
We also certify that Lot 7A does not have sanitary restrictions imposed,
that this division is for the purpose of acquiring additional land to become
part of Lot 7A, and that no dwelling or structure requiring water or sewage
disposal will be erected on the additional acquired parcel, pursuant to
Section 76-4-125(2)(b), M.C.A.; therefore Lot 7A is exempt from review
by the Montana Department of Health and Environmental Sciences.
We also certify that the approval of the County Commissioners is not
required pursuant to Section 76-3-207(1), M.C.A., as amended.
