We, the undersigned property owners, do hereby certify that we have caused to be surveyed,
subdivided and platted into lots and roads as shown by the plat hereto annexed, the following
described land situated in Flathead County, Montana to -wit:
That portion of the Northwest 114 of the Southwest 114 of Section 13, the Southeast 114 of the
Northeast 114 and the Northeast 114 of the Southeast 114 of Section 14, Township 28 North,
Range 22 West, Principal Meridian, Flathead County, Montana described as follows:
BEGINNING of the northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 13,
Township 28 North, Range 22 West; thence along the northerly boundary of said aliquot part,
North 88°55'23" East 1066.61 feet to the westerly boundary of that parcel of land denoted as
Tract 2 of Certificate of Survey No. 8698, records of Flathead County, Montana; thence along
said westerly boundary of said Tract 2, South 0025'42' West 12.58.49 feet to the northerly
boundary of Montana Highway No. 404; thence along said northerly boundary of said Montana

The above described tract of land is to be known and designated as Stoneridge and the lands
included in the roadways, common area and parks shown on said plat are hereby granted
and donated to the use of the homeowner's association forever. The roadways dedicated to the
homeowner's association, which has responsibility for maintaining the some, shelf be private in
all respects, however, said roadways shall be open to public service use. The owners agree that
the County has no obligation to maintain the roads hereby dedicated to public service use.
UTILITY EASEMENT
The undersigned hereby grants unto each and every person, firm or corporation, whether public at -
private, providing or offering to provide telephone, electric power, gas, cable television, water or
sewer service to the public, the right to the joint use of on easement for the construction,
maintenance, repair and removal of their lines and other facilities, in and under each area
designated on this plat as "Utility Easement" to have and to hole' forever. All extensions or
additions to existing and future utilities shall be underground.
SUBDIVISION NOTES
1. All house or business addresses will be visible from the road, either at the driveway entrance
or on the house.
2, All utilities shall be placed underground.
3. All areas disturbed during development of structures and driveways shall be revegetafed in
in accordance with a plan approved by the Flathead County Weed & Parks Department,

by divisions of land from review under Title 76, chapter 4, part 1, MCA, unless the exclusion
is used to evade the provisions of that part; (a) a parcel that has no existing facilities for
