NORTHSTAR ASSOCIATES, LLC, the undersigned property owner does hereby certify that it has caused to be surveyed,
subdivided and platted into lots, streets, alleys and parks as shown by the plat hereto annexed, the following described land
situated in the City of Kalispell, Montana, to -wit:
Tract 1 as shown on Certificate of Survey No. 16428 in the North 1/2, Section 11, Township 28 North, Range 22 West, P.M.,
M., Flathead County, Montana, described as follows:
Beginning at the Center North 1/16 corner of said Section 11;
Thence South 89°43'59" West, 1313.22 feet to the Northwest 1/16 corner of Said Section 11;
Thence North 00°54'50" East, 1281.22 feet to the Northwest corner of Parcel A of Certificate of Survey No. 4218, Flathead
County Records, said point lies on the South right of way of Three Mile Drive;
Thence the following seven courses are along said South right of way;
North 89°56'08" East, 297.82 feet;
South 00°13'00" East, 30.33 feet;
North 89°56'37" East, 697.68 feet;

and solid waste disposal are available to said tracts of land; therefore, these tracts of land are exempt from review by the
Department of Environmental Quality pursuant to ARM 17.36.602. The water and sewage easements as shown hereon are
hereby dedicated to the city of Kalispell. All new utilities shall be installed underground.
The undersigned hereby grants to each and every person, firm, or corporation, whether public or private, providing or
offering to provide telephone, telegraph, electric power, gas, cable television, water or sewer service to the public, the right
to the joint use of an easement for the construction, maintenance, repair, and removal of their lines and other facilities, in,
over, under, and across each area designated on this plat as "UTILITY EASEMENT" to have and to hold forever.

Waiver of Protest
Participation in Special Improvement District
NORTHSTAR ASSOCIATES, LLC, hereby waives any and all right to protest which it may have in regards to any attempt to be
made by the City of Kalispell, to initiate a special improvement district upgrading roads in the area to City standards that may
be impacted by this development. Provided however, that NORTHSTAR ASSOCIATES, LLC understands that it retains the
