We, the City Council of Kalispell, Montana, certify that we have caused to be sur-
veyed, subdivided and platted into parcels as shown on the annexed plat the follow-
ing tract of land to wit:
Begg Park in South Meadows, a map or plat on file and of record in the office of the
Flathead County Clerk and Recorder, said parcel, situate, lying and being in the S'
of the NE 4, Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County,
Montana, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the East 4 Corner of -said Section 19; thence N 00° 02' 01"E along the
east line of said Section 19; 614.72 feet; thence N 89° 59' 22"W 30.03 feet to the
true point of beginning of the tract being described; thence N 001 02' O1" E, 50.00
feet; thence N 89° 59' 22" W, 208.71 feet; thence N 00° 02' 17"E, 290.37 feet;
thence N 00° 02' 01" E, 286.00 feet; thence S 89° 57' 59"E, 88.71 feet; thence N
00° 02' 01" F,25.15 feet; thence S 87° 52' O1" W,394.61 feet to a point in the
approximate centerline of Ashley Creek; thence the following courses along the ap-
proximate centerline of Ashley Creek; S 410 45' 05" E, 180.00 feet; thence S 44°
04' 55"W, 115.00 feet; thence N 63° 40' 05" W, 245.1.7 feet; thence S 080 49' 07"
W, 197.00 feet; thence leaving the approximate centerline of Ashley Creek,, S 15°
23' 13"W, 517.03 feet to a point in the approximate centerline of Ashley Creek;
thence N 75° 50' 48"E along the approximate centerline of Ashley Creek, 622.91
feet; thence leaving the approximate centerline of Ashley Creek, continuing N 75`
50' 48" E, 50.00 feet; thence S 89° 59' 22"E, 208.71 feet to the point of begin-
ning and containing 8.262 acres of land more or less.
The above described tracts of land shall be known as the Resubdivision of Begg Park
in South Meadows.
