The roadway as shown on this plat as a forty(40) foot roadway easement is intended to be private in all respects.
It is hereby dedicated to the sole use of Lot No. Four(4) for ever or their successors in interest.
It is understood and agreed that the private roadway does not conform to the State and County requirements for a
Public roadway. Because of life limitations, it is not suitable for all season maintenance by the Public authorities.
The ownere(and successors in interest ) of the Lots described in this plat will provide for the all -season maint-
enance of the Private roadway. This dedication is made with the express understanding that the Private roadway will
never be maintained by any governmental agency or public authority.
